the currents of life with imagery & symbolism.
The messages offered can be drawn on discover deeper insights into ourselves & others.

can be purchased with Astrology readings or alone.
Somatics: Yoga, Meditation & Sound
Our bodies hold the key to our success & ease in
this life-time. We can release energy trapped in our physical bodies leading to emotional freedom.
My intention is to uplift, energise, create deep rest
& cultivate inner soul-work.
